think it's unseemly that the NC GOP's legal counsel is married to the deputy director of the Campaign Finance Division of the North Carolina's Board of Elections?
Or maybe they're just kissing cousins?

we have yet to hear any follow-up about the travel shenanigans of former Republican gubernatorial candidates.

just LOVES having legal counsel who can get inside information about what the SBOE is doing - or not doing. As you say, it sheds a whole new light on how Republicans have been gaming the board for years now - and at how ineffective the board has been tracking down and punishing GOP malfeasance.
