My big thing

is to pressure wash our front courtyard and back decks in preparation for a memorial service this weekend.

This week

I have a list to complete for this weekend's Clayton Farm & Community Market, mainly, find someone with a truck to pick up our Blenheim Ginger Ale from the bottling plant on Friday so I don't have to do it for a few weeks.

"They took all the trees and put them in a tree museum Then they charged the people a dollar 'n a half just to see 'em. Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got till it's gone? They paved paradise and put up a parking lot."

Trying to find the financial reports which were due last week.

I'm annoyed that our Senate primary candidate reports aren't available yet.

And on the related political humor front, have you noticed that the national pundits are hooting at the GOPs for failure to field a strong challenger to Larry Kissell?

Here are a couple of the posts:

and from Washington Post's "The Fix" on 4/16/10, under "First quarter fundraising winners and losers":

Larry Kissell: For a freshman Democrat sitting in a swing seat in North Carolina, Kissell isn't doing much to ensure he doesn't get dragged under if a national GOP wave starts building. He raised a paltry $72,000 and banked just $326,000 at the end of March.

Always nice to the GOPs' political organs playing Keystone Kops.

My to do list

Trying to get my head around the marvels of new technology. This is amazing.
