NCDP Online

So a couple months ago the NCDP hired this "Online Communications" person, and after three months on the job the NCDP website, which has previously been working just fine, mysteriously crashed . . .

I didn't actually break the website, but it is in fact broke. I'm trying to fix it, and having a hard time. Can y'all click over to it (http://www.ncdp.org) and tell me if it is doing anything weird?

Feel free to give general feedback as well, but mostly I'm looking for broken links, failure to render, slow performance, or other errors.

Thanks for any help.

Looks real good Jerimee

I'm in Firefox right now, wonder how it would be in IE

No matter that patriotism is too often the refuge of scoundrels. Dissent, rebellion, and all-around hell-raising remain the true duty of patriots.

A quick glance

shows that its real slow to load the first time but after that its easy enough to navigate around.

Works well on an X-term, too

which can occasionally be persnickity. Good job! (Yeah, I'm a linux-head.)

An X-Terminal is

a smart terminal, like a diskless workstation. My partner and I share a linux server... he has his desktop; I've got mine, simultaneously. Networking is a wonderful thing. The best up-side is that I only have to keep track of one server, but I've got workstations all over the house. This is the model I'm using. The server gives me a Gnome desktop, voilà a full desktop with Firefox, Konqueror, and Epiphany browsers, plus all my other apps. Schweet and simple.

Sounds sweet,

Jerimee....I didn't have time to follow links

but I will try to do that later. It looks much better than it did a month or so ago when I was looking for convention times. I'm using Safari. The page loads quickly. Nice job.
