John Blust – coal ash and the eccentric in a safe seat

A toxic slurry of selenium and arsenic can bubble discretely for decades only to spill out and imperil life along miles of rivers and lakes. John Blust

made the NC Hall of Shame as one of the members of the Gang of 5 Paranoid Bigots. When he's not destroying the environment, he's protecting us from Shariah law, and he's so eloquent about it:

Extremist John Blust offered this eloquent rationalization for spending time and money to pass this stupid, ignorant, bigoted, unnecessary law:

"[Sharia law is] creeping, but it is stated within those who are pushing it, that is their goal: to have this type of law rule the world."

Bluster

Agree, Posmo. Of all the skanky legislators We have witnessed over the years, Blust in in a criminal class by himself.

Blust his heart

Have to agree with Politics NC:

You know what else we learned today? John Blust is an idiot. Okay, so maybe we didn’t just learn that today but we were reminded of it.

According to WRAL, “Blust said the goal of proponents of Sharia law is to infiltrate other cultures.” That seems to me to be same goal as Larry Pittman.

You know what I really want? A law that protects me against people like John Blust and Larry Pittman.
