It will consist of a conference call with an accompanying downloadable slideshow which you can save to your computer in advance. You are not required to be online during the presentation, you simply need to dial into the conference call with a regular phone. The call-in number will be sent to you before the event, as long as you have RSVPed.

I reckon I'm going to have to pay more attention.

On the bright side, this event can't get too much pimpin'.

did i miss anything?

i signed up for it, but i ended up starting a very productive ableton live session and i lost track of time. :(

on the bright side, this'll be the first piece of music i've actually started in almost nine months...

where the heck do i find the materials?

i've been all over the dfalink website, and so far my search for the materials from last night's dfa night school has been fruitless.

anyone have a url?

Her ya go.

I also have some of the written materials from their mobile workshops, if anybody's interested. The "neighbor-to-neighbor," and "citizen lobbyist" material is especially good. You'll need a .pdf reader if you don't have one. If adobe is clogging up your system, I recommend Foxit.

I'm compiling all the links I have to stuff like this on a del.icio.us page (here), which I should have finished by weeks end--send me any links you think might be useful. I think you can sign up for an RSS feed for del.icio.us, so you can monitor it that way if you choose.

And if you don't trust the new person (with "hack" as part of the screen name) to send you email attachments (which is a good policy!), the direct link for the workshop materials is here.

You'll need to sign up at DFA Link, but their volume of outgoing mail isn't that bad.

Nice goining Party Hack!

BTW, I'm kinda new here, haven't seen you very much. Just like to say hello!
