I think Black's actions, as shown so far, prove he should be removed from leadership positions and replaced with a strong, Progressive Democrat. However, until some criminal wrong-doing is shown, I don't think he should quit the legislature.
Republicans want him to quit, even if he did nothing wrong, so they can trot him out. I think he needs to stay in place as a legislator until there is some proof of wrong-doing.
