Note to R.Hayes

I received another email from Robin Hayes.
This one is about his concerns that FISA is not adequate and Nancy Pelosi's efforts to "squash this important legislation". He is worried that with todays fast paced communications we are in jeopardy employing the "old" FISA. He says we can't threaten the telecoms with lawsuits and expect them to continue "helping".
And as usual he "will continue to monitor this situation". blah, blah, blah. Bullshit.

Anyway here is my response...
"We the people need our representatives to defend the Constitution.
I am referring to violations by the current administration's ILLEGAL WARRANTLESS WIRETAPS.
You must vote "No" to Warrantless Wiretapping and "No" to Retroactive Immunity.
If you are truly a representative of the people as opposed to a political tool who only supports your party, then your duty is clear. Hold these people accountable for their crimes and stop showing favoritism to the telecoms that enabled the violation of FISA.
FISA functions fine the way it is.
In an "emergency" they can act immediately and have days to get the "required" warrant.
If you continue to enable these law breakers then you are also guilty of aiding and abetting them.
Protect the Constitution, that IS what you were sworn to do.
Have you forgotten the Oath of Office?
Thank you, a response would be appreciated,
James (blah blah) ,Concord NC"

I would bet that LARRY KISSELL

would never sell out his constituents!

No matter that patriotism is too often the refuge of scoundrels. Dissent, rebellion, and all-around hell-raising remain the true duty of patriots.

Progressive Discussions

I don't know

I don't know enough about Mr Kissell.
Has someone posted a link to some sort of Q&A or is there an actual review of his opinions as opposed to the votes Hayes has made?
