Oh, Thomas. When it comes to typos, that one's a doozy. But let's try not to look at it, and turn our eyes to the content:

First, Senator Jackson would bring a big following among younger voters and activists. He’s got a huge social media following and is one of the more adept communicators on those platforms among Democratic politicians in the state. He’s also proven to be a solid fundraiser. He would start the primary in solid position.

He's also a veteran (of Afghanistan) and is still wearing a uniform in the Army Reserve. Not only would that give him a boost in a state-wide contest, the Senate desperately needs that experience.

Janet Cowell would be a formidable primary candidate. She’s supposedly being recruited by both the DSCC and EMILY’s List which would bring solid institutional support and the money that follows it. She walked away from the Treasurer’s office on her own terms and after a successful tenure. With a primary electorate that is roughly 60% women, she would enter the race as a clear frontrunner in the primary.

I've always liked Janet, but I like her even more after she volunteered to help Syrian refugees in Greece (and maybe Cyprus, but I'm not sure about that). The Senate desperately needs that experience also.

That would be a painfully hard decision, one I intend to put off until the last frickin' minute...

Oh look, a Republican is mad that a Democrat is showing loyalty to his party. Isn't that quaint, especially considering how Republican leaders constantly bully their own to stay in line.

Ah, a young new puppet joins the ranks. I'm bored already...

I don't believe it. Partly because it's Big League Politics, who have published so many lies there's no way to count them. But also because Pete hasn't demonstrated *any* arrogance, much less the level that would be required for something like this. We'll see if this guy's story holds up, if he ever actually tells it.

Yep, and it's something groups like JLF and Civitas will never acknowledge.

And that's a damn problem. Regardless of how many breaks during the day, operating a law-making body for 12+ hours is a recipe for bad legislation. People are tired, hungry, worried about family, and will vote for something just so they can go home. It's not being lazy or careless, it's just being human.

Well that's a memorable name. Just don't let him near any National parks...

I think you might have conflated a couple things there. That should read, "Former GOP congressman's Russian bank under investigation for laundering." But there are so many crimes it's easy to get confused...

Lol! You're not too swift, are you Tim? The first two sentences of the article you linked show the state is dropping the ball on teacher pay, while the more wealthy counties are taking up the slack. The whole idea behind the state paying teachers is so they would be equal from county to county, but you've screwed that up. You'll find out tomorrow just how badly.

Well, that didn't take long...

The story about Mayor Pete sexually assaulting some dude was a complete hoax:

On Monday, an investigation by The Daily Beast revealed evidence that a mysterious sexual assault allegation against South Bend mayor and Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg may have been staged by far-right activists Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman.

Earlier that day, a Medium post went up from a man named “Hunter Kelly,” who claimed that Buttigieg sexually assaulted him but was vague on details. It was picked up by far-right sites like Gateway Pundit and Big League Politics but was swiftly taken down. When The Daily Beast tracked down Kelly, a Trump supporter, he denied that he was sexually assaulted: “I went to bed and woke up to a fake Twitter @RealHunterKelly and an article that I in no way endorsed or wrote. I have since left and am working on a formal statement to give to everyone including the Buttigieg family.”

Another Trump supporter told The Daily Beast that Wohl and Burkman approached him a week ago, using false names, to pitch a similar scheme. Audio recordings corroborate his story.

Wohl, a notorious Trump troll who was recently banned from Twitter after boasting in an interview about how he used fake accounts to manipulate people, previously attempted to recruit a woman to make rape allegations against special counsel Robert Mueller. He invented a fake private intelligence company called “Surefire Intelligence” to try to make this scheme look legitimate, and the whole episode culminated in Wohl and Burkman holding a press conference, only for Mueller’s “accuser” never to show up.

And now Big League Politics should be banned from Twitter for sharing their fraudulent tactics.
