You guys (all of you) rate at 18th on the 12 week average, and I'm at 4th. The above list is the current week.

BNN

The BNN list is based on a handful of click-throughs at BNN. Just a few clicks can put it to the top.

Thunder Pig....Engage that brain, bud

I know you are enjoying your gloating session, but if you engage your brain you will see that the BNN system is already gamed. It's an apples to oranges comparison and someone with only half their brain engaged would see that. It doesn't just take all BlueNC blogs cumulatively and add them up and compare them to the others. That's easily proven by technorati ratings -

BlueNC - authority 357 (higher better), rank 11,088 (lower better)
Ed Cone.com - authority 132, rank 43,229
Scrutiny Hooligans 81, rank 80,489
JLF/lockerroom - authority 54, rank 190,793
Katy's Conservative Corner - authority 40, ranked 179,649
WNC Citizen's Blog - authority 17, rank 412,811
Cabarrus Cheap Seats - authority 7, rank 868,707
Thunder Pig - authority NR, rank 4,555,217

Technorati isn't exactly a slouch when it comes to rating and ranking blogs. There ya go, big boy.

The blog you linked was a blog I abandoned two years ago when I consolidated my war news with my primary blog. The url to my primary blog is http://thunderpigblog.blogspot.com

But, if you could follow links...or at least use jerimee's Right Wing Watch...you'd know that.

EPIC FAIL

And I am only one guy.

Oooooo 45....I'll move you on up

a notch or two.

Sorry for the mistake. I simply left off the word "blog" when I entered your site name in technorati's search. If that's what you call an epic failure then I haven't been using strong enough words when describing the complete and utter failure of the Bush administration.

Here's the link to Thunder Pig's blog: http://thunderpigblog.blogspot.com/

Mr Pig, if you remove some (just some!) of the widgets on your site it will load faster, and the site will be more useful. You and your regular audience may not notice the lag, as some web elements cache, but new readers have to wait to download all that stuff before they can actually read your blog. Just my two cents. While I don't think I agree with you on much I appreciate people like yourself for at least being involved.

Just don't gloat too much if you guys get the magic 60 in the Senate this year.

Have you consider working for the new Nazi party with your neo-con disinformation?

Hmmm....

You still never answered my question. Where did you get your numbers. I linked to my source, and even provided Miss Betsy a snapshot to correct her error.

All I get from you is anger. Now why is that? Can you not engage anyone in conversation who disagrees with you without resorting to anger and ad hominem?

Take a chill pill...this is gonna be a democrat year...you outta be doing backflips in sheer joy at that prospect.

Peace Out.

Thunder Pig...Master Gigger of Lefties

It may have originated elsewhere,

but Max got his list from Lew Rockwell.

Come towards the light, Max. That watering hole's tainted.

Orwellian Bull Shit?

It may have originated elsewhere,

but Max got his list from Lew Rockwell.*scharrison

Correct! You get a A for research and I have no idea where Lew got his source.

Come towards the light, Max. That watering hole's tainted.*scharrison

Come on scharrison! Get off that New World Order Orwellian Bullshit termlogy about being enlighted or moving toward that big light by the Force of nature. You know damn well Laura Croft Dad got his ass ripe apart by the "Light" in the end. And stop calling Lew a smelly opinionate free market corporate Carthage supporter. Suppose Lew call you a Roman Protected Market Shithouse Fascist Corporate Pig?

Then I would have to say,

"Corporate? How dare you."

:)

Quite!!!!! scharrison is taking a Pop Quiz in Corporate Bullshit

"Corporate? How dare you.*scharrison

Okay! You are now taking a corporate history 101 Pop quiz.

First question!

1. When was the first noted corporation incorporate and by whom in ancient history?

2. Did the Supreme Court of the United States ever rule that Corporations were no longer personally libel by it's CEO's and shareholders?

No cheating and you may not ask Mike Munger for help and chances are he has no fuck### idea about the first question!

And don't you dare me again! Or I will challenge you to a snowball fight in Hell.

Now get off your lazy brainless ass and get to work and have those answers on my desk before my next operation......Move it Dude!

ps.....You may use Thunder Pig as a corporate adviser to this quiz.

Answers: "Jesus" and "Yes"

n/t :)

Corporate History test results for scharrison?

Answers: "Jesus" and "Yes" *scharrison

Sorry! You failed the first question, however you score big time with the second question which brings your corporate score to a half ass fascist 50%.

As to the answer to the first question! Jesus was not incorporated, therefore he was classific by the money changers in the Temple as a poor self employed half ass furniture maker without a government licence. He had many complaints filed against him by local authorities for failure to deliver the kingdom on time and assorted other charges of performing magic tricks without Priestly religious approval.

In short the answer to first question in a simple fast form, was the Ancient Greek Insurance Corporations which insured the Greek Trade Merchart fleet. It's first CEO's was a Jewish slave who ran and made a forture for the Greek state city stockholders until he later ran off with the whole corporate treasure to France.

He was later caught in France by a special ops Greek military unit and drag back to Athens along with his many whores and put to death when he wouldn't tell the local Greek Wall state investors, where he stash the Gold treasury. It was later reveal that the France Whores had the Gold treasury shipped to a unknown island west of the Spain. The Greek Democracy than pass a city-state law that said all Greek shipping corporations must be run by Greeks and not Jews nor slaves. Thus the Greeks have always control shipping corporate ships thoughout history. You do remember who JFK wife marry the second time?

Class dismiss!

So much for dialogue...

I thought I'd get an interesting conversation started after I noticed MaxtheDog2 had added a list of the top sites in North Carolina for political advertising. I noticed that the list was heavily biased to the left.

So, I asked him where he got his data, and (in turn) provided a ranking I had recently discovered in my refer logs while tracking down a rash of pagan comments.

I was lavished with a banquet of hate, scorn and ridicule...something I'd bet you guys would use to characterize the right.

I think that is a tad hypocritical...but hey, what do I know. I'm just a simple blogger and conservative activist.

To be fair

I haven't read an entire comment from Max in over a year, so I didnt see the scorn and hate.

Wow! So your list with the Art Pope site as the number one site in North Carolina is not biased? lol..........idiot retard!

Religious Fool! Stop attacking Pagan Romans and Greeks. They gave you civilzation and you are screwing it up by being a fool for a Pagan Republican Jesus.

You have no fucking idea what the constitution is or where you left your brownshirt brain at the last republican therapy meeting

I think that is a tad hypocritical...but hey, what do I know. I'm just a simple blogger and conservative activist.*ThunderPig

You got that right! You know nothing and chances are that you will ever never raise your knowledge unless the government decides to use you as a Patsy for some weird republican myth.

You are not important Thunder Pig and stop using the keyboard for your personal sexual enjoyment tool.

What I Learned about MaxTheDog2 Today

Max may have had more than his fair of surgeries, but there's one he sure as hell hasn't had.

A splenectomy.

I try to control my rhetoric here, Max. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for giving me the vicarious joy of your rage-fests against anencephalic conservatives.

TP, maybe you can help me figure out something.

After I was finally able to get your page to load, I noticed there were zero comments posted to the blogs on the front page.

Is that what happens when you tie for 3rd place in the "most influential blogs" category? Your influence is so strong, all those people who read your stuff just can't muster the nerve to make a comment?

I'm not sure I ever want to be that influential. It seems so lonely at the top...

Helping

Comments

People out my way are still hooked on mailing lists, I manage three Yahoo! Groups for conservatives, and am a member of four others in the state. People comment on them there. Most do not get the concept of Web 2.0...let alone 3.0.

It's like herding cats.

I've got big plans for expansion and developing new talent. I was once the only conservative internet videographer in the west. We now have five (seven if you count husband and wife teams).

Just wait until January 2009...something wonderful will happen that I hope to get people to copy across the nation...and I hope you guys copy it here.

Influence

While I have not reverse engineered the BNN Ranking Code...I can speculate based on my observations of everyone's source code (Yes, I look) and linking habits.

Most lefty blogs have a no follow tag in their commenting software, and a few use them when they link to a righty blog...so they get no follow tags back from the righty blogs that are hip to that trick. (And when I see them, I tell them about it).

Righty blogs seem to be more generous with their sidebar and posting links. I probably link more to the western lefies than I do to righties in the whole state. My links are probably returned at something like 10-30% (ballpark) from the left, and 80-90% from the right.

The Future

I would like to see lefty bloggers and righty bloggers trust each other enough to actually work together when they feel it is in their mutual interest. I have offered to help Gordon on the Mental Health thing because we share a good portion of the same views in that area, and where we disagree...I trust that he will do what he feels is right over what is politically motivated. I could be his eyes and ears in Macon and Jackson County and be tasked to procure interviews of other such legwork in that geographic area. He has yet to take me up on it. I was motivated by testimony I witnessed in court one day where I felt the failure of the state mental health system led directly to a man violating a little girl.

I was really just busting your castinets, TP ;)

I'm sure you get a lot more volume than the (missing) comments would lead folks to believe. By the way, this comment I'm writing is number 101,851. By even a conservative views vs comments formula, that equates to millions of views.

I would like to see lefty bloggers and righty bloggers trust each other enough to actually work together when they feel it is in their mutual interest.

I think that would be awesome, and might just depolarize some issues. But there's (at least) one turd in that punchbowl: Art Pope. Half the right-wing blogs in this state are funded puppets of JLF/Civitas, and the other half dream of being so, linking to their "news" articles and pseudoscientific bullshit analyses and statistics.

Stand on your own without Papa Smurf pulling your strings, and studiously avoid the urge to link to the Heritage Foundation, the American Enterprise Institute, or any other stink tank that's being nursed on light sweet crude, and we might just have the beginnings of a beautiful relationship.

We're cheap, but we're not easy. Okay, we're easy too, but we have scruples. Okay, we may not have that many scruples, but we mean well. Most of us mean well...*sigh*. Just have the decency to throw a blanket over us when you're done.

Say Huh?

Scrutiny Hooligans doesn't have any paid advertising. We just do it for the love.

How's that counterjihad going, TP? Maybe the jihadists have been artificially driving down your enormous numbers. Or maybe, just maybe, Barack Obama is busy trying to hack your site...
