Stop Sprawl in North Raleigh

Rezoning plan Z-006-08 would approve rezoning to allow a 1355 unit subdivision, along with office parks and retail, just north of 540 on Capital Boulevard.

Currently, the 38 acre site is home to about 160 families living in affordable manufactured housing.

So, its a new small city, and oops - there is no mass transit in the area. The City of Raleigh will not have completed a traffic impact analysis prior to the hearing.
