Excellent Update
I know its a big lift, but we are very close to getting that additional seat. Though we are playing from behind, a big swell in Census filing activity could really boost our chances.

Yadkin County is leading the pack! They are at 74 percent. Even better, they are already nine percentage points above their final rate from Census 2000.
