NC's Seven Seditionists

The following are the NC members of the House of Representatives voted against certifying the election.

They are traitors who participated in an attempted armed coup, failing to discharge their oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Each one of them, in the days leading to the armed insurrection and invasion of the Capital, spread egregious lies and misinformation about the integrity of the election. They fermented armed violence on our government by domestic terrorists.

The Constitution of the State of North Carolina, Article 1

Sec. 29. Treason against the State.
Treason against the State shall consist only of levying war against it or adhering to its enemies by giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court. No conviction of treason or attainder shall work corruption of blood or forfeiture.

North Carolina has no procedures for a recall or otherwise preventing them from serving out their term.

Maybe AG Stein

can come up with some kind of charge to levy against the five. Being traitorous dirtbags? Isn't that against the law?

I added ...

... a reference to Article 1 of the Constitution of the State of North Carolina.

And it's actually seven - I was in such a hurry, I forgot two.
